Non-Disclosure Agreement | NDA

A non-disclosure agreement is a legal contract or part of a contract between at least two parties that outlines confidential material, patents, drawings, knowledge, or information that the parties wish to share with one another for certain purposes, but wish to restrict access to it.

Declaration of Non-Solicitation Funds Ownership

Non – Solicitation Agreement

During the term of our FCA | Funding Contractor Agreement at 2GF/Group and for twelve (12) months following the termination of FCA’s clause(the “Customer Non-Solicitation Period”), in order to protect GF/Group’s Confidential Information, Parties shall agree that all will not, either on their own behalf or on behalf of any other person or entity, directly or indirectly, solicit, sell or assist anyone in the sale of or provide service relating to any of GF/Group financial products or financial products similar to those sold by GF/Group to any person, company, firm, or corporation who is or was a customer of GF/Group within one (1) year. For the purpose of this Non-Solicitation Agreement, Material Contact shall be defined as personal contact or the supervision of the efforts of those who have direct personal contact with a customer or potential customer. I/We agree not to solicit, sell or assist in the sale or provide service to any such customers on behalf of myself or any other person, firm, company, or corporation.

Non – Circumvention Agreement

The purpose of a non-circumvention (or non-circumvent) agreement is to prevent one or more parties from being passed over in a transaction, leaving them without full compensation for their labor or involvement.

Non – Disparagement Agreement

All parties have agreed and covenants that he will not at any time, directly or indirectly, make, publish or communicate to any person or entity or in any public forum any defamatory or disparaging remarks, comments, or statements concerning the Company or its businesses, or any of its employees, officers, shareholders, members or advisors, or any member of the Board.

Letter of Intent | LOI

Means intimation by a letter to Bidder that their Tender has been accepted in accordance with the provisions contained in the letter and hence to take preparatory steps and compliance of formalities to commence the work from the date desired by Owner.

Memorandum of Understanding | MOU

A memorandum of understanding is a type of agreement between two or more parties. It expresses a convergence of will between the parties, indicating an intended common line of action/engagement.
